La Agrupación Empresarial Innovadora Construcción Eficiente, AEICE, Clúster Mejores Edificios and AVEBIOM have agreed to organise this meeting to find solutions for a market that is starting its recovery and requires a unified, coordinated commitment to renovation, urban regeneration, quality and building energy efficiency.

The building sector in Spain has obsolete houses and buildings and is subject to new climatic and regulatory requirements at national and European level. The housing sub-sector also plays a fundamental role in employment and social welfare. Debating on these issues and putting forward acceptable and accepted proposals is one of the objectives of this conference, which is for private and public players in the building sector and end users.
